Returns
We will accept refund of merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Any merchandise returned must be in its original box with all items present. There is a standard 18% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable. If we shipped the package for free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping on all returns. Any merchandise that is returned and not in good condition will be charged for the full replacement of the missing or damaged part(s). In addition, there will be a 30% restocking fee on any missing or damaged part(s).
Exchanges
We will replace any merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your package if you are not satisfied with your merchandise. All exchanges must be in its original condition including all the items. Exchanges are subject to management approval. If you received free shipping on your initial order, you will be charged for shipping and handling on your exchange shipment. Warranty Claims
Our Company The Magic Mic and its accessories carry a 12 months manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's warranty includes only parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident etc. Defects caused by tampering, unauthorized alterations or repairs and/or use of the product other than originally intended for are not covered by the warranty. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same or model. If return of the product is required, carefully repack it in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on return for warranty items. Warranty is subject to management approval. On select items, customers may need to ship the defective unit directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs. Price Guarantee
